My boyfriend and I were shocked to realise we were expected to have a credit card in order to hire a car at Palma Airport, and we only had 4 days to sort it out! Neither of us have credit cards as we do not believe in being in debt.
I scoured the internet for a company that could help us and happened upon your website. I contacted your team yesterday evening at about 6.30pm (after normal working hours) and spoke online. He was extremely helpful and gave me a good quote despite not having a credit card. He was friendly and informative.
Unfortunately my boyfriend, the driver, was not present to give payment details at that time so I asked Rob if he could hold the quote until today. He said he couldn't hold the quote but he could save details of my requirements until today and then I could contact him when we could give payment details.
