We have various contact forms / submission forms on our website. All of which will ask you if you would like to Opt-In to our mailing list. If you tick this and Opt-In, you will be added. If you do not agree to Opt-In, we will deal with your enquiry and not add you to the list.
Our Mailing List
Our mailing list is a list of email addresses, no other personal data. Now and again, we send an e-flyer, promoting our company, the services we offer and any discounts/sales that maybe live. Every email we send has an ‘unsubscribe’ link which easily allows you to let us know that you no longer wish to receive these emails.
Making An Enquiry
The nature of our business means we need to ask for a certain amount of personal information to be able to correctly and accurately offer a quotation and or book a vehicle on your behalf.
What we need
We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or specific (geo) location based information. This does however include name, address, email, telephone number, age (DOB) and driving licence information. Not all of this information is stored.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is done so by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
How long we keep it
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. You can Opt-In or Out of this at any time by contacting us here
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

From time to time we run competitions and ‘giveaways’ and for this we need to gather information like name and email address for each entrant. This information is NEVER shared with any third party and is solely used for our own marketing purposes. Should you receive any unwanted emails from us you can unsubscribe your address directly from the email you have received.
